In 2014, 30 talented high school students from six high schools across San Antonio represented the future of the restaurant and foodservice industry in the 3rd Annual High School Paella Challenge hosted by Chef Johnny Hernandez.
In it's fourth year, the High School Paella Challenge sponsored by HEB will be featuring 10 local and surrounding-area high schools' culinary programs. Each team of five students will be competing for the ultimate prize: an all-expenses-paid trip to the Culinary Institute of America campus in Hyde Park, New York.
